Scam Likely: A Community Forum on the Prevention and Detection of Bank Fraud

In recognition of Financial Literacy Month and aligned with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.'s commitment to Financial Fortitude, the Economic Development Committee will host "Scam Likely: A community forum on the prevention and detection of bank fraud". The event will be April 5, 2025, at 10:30am at the Library Partnership, 912 NE 16th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32601.

Join us for an important discussion on bank fraud prevention. Learn valuable tips and strategies to protect yourself and our community from financial fraud.

No registration is needed, and the event is open to the public.

4th Annual Prayer Breakfast

Join us for the 4th Annual Prayer Breakfast, hosted by the Gainesville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., on March 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Springhill Church, 120 SE Williston Rd, Gainesville, FL. Enjoy an inspiring message from guest speaker Rev. Dr. Marie Herring, DaySpring Missionary Baptist Church.

Tickets are $30 per person, with group rates available: reserve a table of 9 for $250.

Delta Academy

Thank you for your interest in Delta Sigma Theta, Gainesville Alumnae Chapter's Dr. Betty Shabazz Delta Academy program!

We are looking forward to another strong year fostering an interest in STEM activities, character development, and life skills with young ladies ages 11-14 and in the 6th-8th grades.

Delta Academy is excited to offer monthly programming during the academic school year. We will update all applicants of the exact meeting dates and times at the orientation scheduled October 9th at Passage Christian Academy.
